Meet Gabby.
Founder + Counselor
Graduate student at Gateway Seminary, Gabby Bingham graduated in 2020 with her M.A. in Christian Counseling. She is working on her certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy and was drawn to EFT from its effectiveness in her own healing journey. Gabby loves using EFT to work with couples through relational wounds and conflict. She has also effectively counseled clients through experiences such as depression, anger, and anxiety. Within her work, Gabby places the reality of trauma into our internal experiences and relationships. In order to make counseling easily accessible, she uses Zoom for her sessions while also offering to meet in person.
From her Director position at Solid Rock Church, Gabby has experience working with individuals through spiritual issues, such as doubt, life transition, and calling. She loves to read, be active, play soccer, paint shapes on her walls, and enjoy meals with friends. She lives in Upland, California with her husband, Hunter, and their two sons, Callahan and Desmond.

Meet Jacob.
Counselor
Jacob Williams is a medically retired Army Veteran with a wife and two young sons. He has served as a Pastor in various local Churches throughout the Inland Empire and is a graduate from Gateway Seminary. Jacob was introduced to Emotionally Focused Therapy through the counseling program at Gateway Seminary and has experienced significant healing as a result of EFT. As a leader in the local Church context, and with experiences specific to leadership relationships and maintaining healthy connections, he believes in the life-changing reality EFT brings to relationships. Jacob enjoys partnering with others in order to help them reconnect with loved ones and grow while healing from life's hurts and traumas. He is passionate about others and strives to help them experience first-hand the joy and excitement of realizing they are meant for a lifetime of freedom and purpose.
Jacob lives in Redlands, California with his wife Meredith and their two boys Joses and Tobias. He enjoys golfing, silly time with his sons, reading, writing, and good food.
